Hi to whom it may be concern I went to the Bluenotes on 801 Bluenotes Tecumseh mall 7654 Tecumseh road east Windsor ont n8t 2646 salesperson 83362 I bought blue jean salesperson talk and talk on phone I waited and waited I paid and left to home, but she forgot to take keypad off my jean I went back there she still on phone I waited again she took it off I left.

Yesterday I bought a pair of jeans for my son at the store in Pickering Towne Centre. When I came home the jeans were not in the bag, but I was charged for them. I called the store and they gave me your toll free number, but I can not get through to anyone. I also noticed that the two hoodies I wanted to buy the clerk did not charge me for she took them and I have no idea why she did not ring them in. I did not think I had to monitor the staff of Blue Notes in order to make sure my items are either in the bag or charged on my bill. I find the customer service VERY lacking. I sent money in your store and I get treated poorly. I will like someone to get back to me on this matter. 416-524-1622.

I have never been in your store until today and I will never go back. The girl helping us was rude. I am sorry, but if you work in customer service you should have a better attitude.

Hi I bought two jeans at the Masonville Mall location in London On. Canada, when I arrived back home the one pair still had a security tag on the jeans. The other pair after wearing once the rivet fell off pocket. I returned to the store today and had the security tag removed and exchanged the other pair due to missing rivet. The exchanged pair was a different style due to not having proper size in original style, the service person charged me $5. 63 Then when leaving the store the security buzzer went off and she forgot to remove the security tag on the one pair again I am new to Bluenotes after buying Old Navy jeans for years and changing retailer due to quality issues.

I was shopping in Bluenotes in the deevonshire mall in windor I picked a pair of plaid pyjamas up and then a pair of fleese ones when I approached the counter to pay my granddaughter said look these are buy one buy get one 50%off I asked the sales assistant would that work with these ones as they are both $12. 99 she said no just the fleeces so I said well I need another pair so do not ring those ones yet I did pick another fleece pair and when I got home I noticed I had been charged $12. 99 for each pair the next day I went to the Tecumseh mall to that store and explained this to the sales associate who was very courteous she called the Devonshire store and the manager there said this could not have happened as it was the assistant manager who served me and she would never have made that mistake she stated if I want to come back to Devonshire on Friday that person was working I feel this was basically calling me a liar and certainly was not a professional way to handle this situation.
