Placed two order for the same product with Brylane Home. Order 20617591128 and 20617480322. Both Orders were returned via USPS using the prepaid stickers supplied with each order. ORDER 20617591128 I received an e-mail indicating the return and that a credit was going to be issued on my Brylane Credit Card. Order 20617480322 to date I have not received the notification and credit for the return. I spoke with customer service and I went on chat and both confirmed that both the orders were received. Why did I only receive the notification for one and not the other when both were received the same day. I emailed Brylane yesterday and still have not received a response. Where do I go from here?.
I am Delois Jackson and I placed an order for a cover for my sofa back in March, but I knew later that it was on back order and that I will receive it in may. Just call this morning and talk to someone about it and I finds out that my order was cancel with me knowing anything. I will pay off what I owe and find somewhere else to shop. The lady I talk to wasn't nice at all. I can always find another catalog that I can order from where people are a lot nicer and doing their job right. I thought you people were nice, but I was so wrong. I have been shopping with Brylane Homefor a long time and i am very disappointed.
