I have a Chloe purse that I purchased during my visit to Vancouver about five years ago. It is peeling and losing the top level of the finish. It can not be repaired. It is my desire to have the item replaced.

Hi, I am the brand specialist for designer handbags in Selfridges Birmingham. A lady came in with her Chloe Marcie bag that was purchased over a year ago, however the fault does not look like general wear and tear. Please find attached the images and advise us on how we can get it fixed. The second pic shoes that the zip toggles have opened as they were originally sealed. Kind Regards

Dear sir or madame, My name is Annie Le, I just brought the Chloe from Sak fifth Ave at South coast, Costa Mesa, CA in United States. I brought it on Black Friday 11/27/2015. They gave me the final sale since there were some small crashes on the skin, but I like the brand and design so I still got the bag. However, when I just put my stuffs in the bag from the first time, the handle fall off. It is missing something to attach the handle and the bag, (I have the receipt and the image if you need to see)I bought a lot of brand and this is the first time I brought Chloe bag because I like the design.
