I have a Chloe purse that I purchased during my visit to Vancouver about five years ago. It is peeling and losing the top level of the finish. It can not be repaired. It is my desire to have the item replaced.

A lady came in with her Chloe Marcie bag that was purchased over a year ago, however the fault does not look like general wear and tear.
