Hello I'm with SIU Major Case with Esurance; Esurance is a customer of Copart; I can not reach anyone via phone 972 391-5000; since I am not sure who to speak to, I am shuffled off the menu. I need to speak to someone at Copart ASAP about data we are going to need from Copart, and how to go about getting it, and I am getting no assistance from Copart, can not reach anyone and I have been wasting my time calling and being on hold.
Drove to the TEXAS WORLD SPEEDWAY, SUBLOT @ 17529 STATE HWY six on 12/16/2017 A. M. From Houston, Texas. Went to view LOT: 40357087, a RUN-DRIVE car - 2016 Chevrolet Camaro LT. The Copart Pictures show keys and car both car doors open and says this is a RUN - DRIVE Camaro. I wanted to look inside, check engine, check oil and start car. Well, Doors were locked and you could see the keys were missing from looking in the window, Made a four to five hour round trip for nothing, Pretty sure the Copart current highest bidder locked the doors and stole the keys. Question, If I win the bid on this car, will Copart help in the cost to have NEW keys made for LOT: 40357087, Please Advise.
