As per your advertisement in the Star paper on 17th Apr 2015, you advertised 1-Day sales. For item cube X sell at RM2. 80 and limited to 500 units per store. I purchased ten units at RM28. 00 and was officially issued a receipt by Puchong Jaya Branch, Jln Kenari 8. I was asked to collect the items later as there are no available stock. Later the Asst Manager call me to return the receipt and refund my sale as I am only allowed to purchase one unit. )I have yet to do this)I wish to appeal the company to honour the sales of ten units, as your advertisement did not specify one unit per customer and the sale transaction was done in good faith of me paying the consideration and you accepting my payment. Please note that I have called the helpline and she was not able to decide on this matter as it is related to Marketing Dept on the advertisement. Hope you can accept my appeal.

I want to complaint about Courts Mammoth located at Kuala Terengganu. Firstly about their salesman. They should respect their customer. They all very rude to me when i want to buy the display stock. I just ask them whether i can buy the items on the display or not, but they very rude to me, especially their supervisor. I'm very regret with their customer service. What they think i cannot pay or what, actually i want buy with cash, but after this i will choose another shop for this furniture.

My invoice number is 855601350720. My purchasing date 28/12/2014. I received my coffee table in reject conditions. I ask the lorry driver take back the thing. But the driver didn't want to take back. I call three times and complain about the reject coffee table and went to Sri damansara store and complain there and summit the photos. The staff said it was took one week for the procedure. Until now I never receive my coffee table. I really disappointed with your service. You know i wait for 1month for my purchasing things. Today I call your hotline and the staff ask me to do the same things. I really really disappointed with your service and work. We pay for the things. Not you give me free. I purchased two fridge, two television, one washing machine and two microwave. All i bought it cash on 11/12/14. I really disappointed because until today I only received two television only. For microwave I have no problem. But for others I still not received it. I went to Courts Setapak for follow up and to filed a complain, but Mr Helmi, the Manager told me he can not do nothing much. Any complaint need to call customer careline. I called customer careline, but until today no feedback. I really disappointed because the lorry driver very rude and they should call me one day in advance to confirm me date and time, but I only received call when they want to do the delivery within half an hour. This is ridiculous. I really disappointed and in future if still no feedback or call from Courts I will make a police report and take further action include legal action and also publish it to all news paper and social network. I purchased two mattress and paid cash on 21.10.2014, Inv number is 801600949810.
I had follow up several time with Ms Badariah (the sales person) regarding the delivery schedule arrangement, but she mentioned to me that the arrangement will be confirmed later on and i will receive call on the confirmation of delivery. I also do email to cservice@courts.com on 29.10.2014, but until now, i never received any feedback from Courts, which makes me very extremely disappointed. I had deal and purchase several times at courts.
I am very surprise with the current service of courts not only for the delivery poor arrangement as well as the customer service. While visit your Larkin showroom. It seems like no staff serves the customers and leave the customer view. The items and customer need to go find the sales person for the purchase confirmation.
