Doaba College of Pharmacy offers comprehensive hostel facilities within the Doaba Group of College campus. We appreciate that most of our students are moving away from home for the first time, so we strive to make the transition as smooth as possible by offering comfortable and safe hostels within the campus. Doaba College of Pharmacy offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with hostel warden in each hostel to supervise day to day management. Each hostel operates its own mess providing hygienic and nutritious three meals a day, as a part of the hostel fee, with a varied menu that caters to a range of taste buds. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light.
Doaba College of Pharmacy Central Library is a state of the art Rf-Id equipped automated library. The automation of the library has completed its first phase with all library books furnished with Rf-Id tags. It is in step with the vision of an automated library where patrons can borrow and return books and other media entirely on their own. The library houses a collection of text and reference books, journals, magazines, audio/videos, CD-ROMs, research reports, online databases and data analysis software’s. It has a collection of books & Journals in all areas and branches required for all departments. Besides this, each School has its own library with a good collection of subject-specific books. Students with the help of state -of-the-art library search engine can locate any book in the library sitting at home and can also request for the hold of a particular book.
The highly distributed computing environment at Doaba College of Pharmacy uses cutting edge computer simulation for both industry and academia. All students are issued with a unique username and password when they first join the Doaba College of Pharmacy, this allows them to use one of the 5000 PCs. We also provide subject specific software packages for certain programmes. Access to Lovely learning system is available to all the students even from their residences. The college also provides IT training modules and projects for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Cognizant of its social responsibility, the Doaba College of Pharmacy has started a new project called Disha, especially for school students. The division of Academia Industry Interface is the centralized division which is an intermediate between the corporate world and the University by providing the budding students with guidance in their choice of career and an easy access to employers by providing ample opportunities for final as well as summer placements.
The division is playing a role of a bridge between the Industry and the student community through meaningful interaction which is intellectually stimulating and brings awareness to the faculty and the students to prepare according to the changing demands of the Industry.
The division also acts as a consultancy source for projects and assignments of direct relevance to the Industry, acting as a conduit between Doaba College of Pharmacy and the external world to facilitate technology transfer and support to convert research outcomes into commercially viable propositions.
