I have been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to customer service. After today's experience I do not think I am shopping in your store anymore. I brought back a pair of shoes two days over 60 days. I asked the manager to just credit my card, but she refused and gave me a gift card. I told her I was not able to return the shoes on Monday. 516-650-4702
Very very poor customer service.
Within last couple of months I purchased one pair of shoes at the Sherman Oaks CA Dsw store. They didn't have my size and ordered it to be delivered. When I came to pick it up I found a damage on one shoe, so they had to re-order it once again. Finally I've got it and everything was OK. The amount I supposed to pay for that pair of shoes was about $76. However, on my credit card statement I just received, I can see another charge for and 33. 09 for the purchase I've never made. The transaction date is stated as 10/23/17 and the reference number is: BYN5QT*1. Once again, I do not recognize this transaction and request for Dsw explanation about it. My mobile phone number is: 310-926-7104. I expect you to contact me as soon as possible with explanations or credit the unreasonable charge in the amount of $33. 09 to my credit card immediately. Store manager, Cindy, in Holly Springs, needs to be reprimanded after hearing her talk so nasty to an associate Very condisending and Dsw wonders why they have so many employees quit She's the reason Would never go in that store again.
