Hello, we have been purchasing and using dupli-color engine paint enamel with ceramic for years. Recently the blue has been changing different colors. Part DE1601 FORD BLUE It was a light blue for years and over the last three months or so it has been changing colors back and forth between light blue and dark blue, but have the correct part can you explain to me what is going on please. Example i just purchased eight cans and out of eight cans two were correct color, one can went from light blue to dark blue and the other five were dark blue. Now i am returning seven out of eight cans and getting a few more cans to see if they are the right color. I should not have to constantly do this and advance auto can not explain it either so i thought since you are the manufacture you could. P. S. We have tried a paint shaker to shake the paint does not make a difference.

I am new to Plasti dip and I used this on my side panels front bumper and hood, and I didn't like the way it looked so it took my paint off in a couple small spots and I would just like to get them repainted And I mean it's not really my fault unless it's suppose to do that so I kind of just want it back to normal which the original color is silver thanks, Drew.

I recently purchased the Duplicolor championship white (6 quarts) and Duplicolor gloss clear coat (4 quarts). While I am very happy with the result of the base coat, I am unfortunately highly dissatisfied with the clear coat. I spent a lot of time and money on the paint and materials and was hoping to be ecstatic with the result. The white paint really stands out and is very bright, however the clear coat is dull even after using Meguires rubbing compound. I feel like if I bought spray gloss the finish would have been much better. I am asking for a refund of the four quarts of gloss that I purchased. I have pictures of my receipts for verification of purchases as well as my car. I tried to upload them, but I was unsuccessful.
