Used Eat24 for food pickup. Restaurant did not receive the order, but my credit card was charged. Not impressed.

Please update our info page that you have listed with incorrect info. Our correct address is: 140 New Montgomery SF 94105 Corp Accts. email: corporateaccounts@eat24.com List Support departments info first and Corporate accounts department info last. "contact address of Eat24" is different than the corporate email you have listed (remove that email) also the support phone number 415 872 1658 is not for support department please remove. My order of food from Ocean Sushi was never delivered or acknowledged. However, the $30. 58 was immediately deducted from my bank
account. Pleaced an order to Wok Talk in the amount of $27. 47 which also was deducted from my bank account immediately. When I opened
the bag after the driver left, the order of sushi was spilled out of the container and rice all over (I reported this to eat 24, but it was ignored) Also, since two food charges were deducted from my bank account, I got an over draft fee for $35. 00. Was using your service regularly, but am very disappointed and have cancelled since there is no real customer support.

When I call the customer service number it just hangs up after a while and I called five times. I was placing an order for Chilis, but it wouldn't let me check out. I am very disappointed.
