I would like a response. I sent in a previous complaint regarding the last few Krazy Glues i have purchased - issues with the pins breaking - see photos, break when i first open creating glue to dry out because i cannot re-seal them OR pin breaking in glue were i have to cut off top and then only get one use out of tube. Not happy - wasting my money. Also i am trying to attach photos and website does not let me know if photos have been uploaded. Thanks.

I buy and use Krazy glue forever. However lately i have not been satisfied with the pins that pierce the top to open and to seal for next use. See attached, they break from the first opening and the pin is stuck inside so i can not use it- if i cut off the top that's it one time and the rest of the tube is dried up, if i get it out and put another thing in top - it drys out quickly so-as you can see THREE WASTED ones and i got 1-2 uses --i tried to load photos, but do not know if they came through, if not i can email them to you if you send me an email that i can reply to. Regarding the product Elmer's Craft Bond, Clear Dual Tip glue pen, one fl oz, code 3F197, there is a problem with dispensing glue from the larger end of the pen. The orange tip dauber that is press fitted into the larger threaded barrel container stays stuck up inside the screw-on cap after the first use. It's messy to try to pick it out of the cap and press it back into the pen, and you can not use the large end of the pen again until you do.

I am a crafter and I have used Elmer's products for years. I recently purchased, for the first time, an Elmer's tape runner. It has to be be by far the worst tape runner I have ever used. The glue comes out in a sticky mess. I have tried holding the runner in several different positions thinking that I may be doing something wrong. No matter what, it still comes out as a sticky mess. You can be certain that this is one product I won't be purchasing again.
