I purchased an England sectional sofa less than two years ago and the seams on the cushions are ripping apart. I called the local store where I purchased the sofa and they told me it wasn’t covered under my warranty because it was an accidental warranty and the seaming issue is not an accident. This does not constitute under normal wear and tear if a sofa is coming apart after less than two years. Also the cushions are shrinking/flattening leaving gaps in the furniture that make it difficult to sit on because eventually you fall in the gap. I would like someone to contact me to see what can be done about this issue.

I have an England 7201 Congo Saddle Reclining Sofa Premium. The mechanism on the right (as your facing the sofa) doesn't work and wont return to the upright position. It has never operated easy like the left side. The local dealer, Shermans, came out and oiled it, and I now have oil on our carpet. I would like to have this mechanism replaced at no charge.

I bought a recliner from the dealer in Newport, AR where I live. I had the chair less than two months when the foot rest broke and the seat has sunk in. I went back to the store and asked for them to pickup the chair and refund my money. Their response was to say they would pass the information on to the England Rep. I was not happy with their response. I called them several times before I finally talked to one of the sales people who asked if the rep had called yet. He did call the next day and said the chair would be picked up and it would be your determination if the chair was repaired or replaced. I did not call the store back again and apparently the truck did come to pick it up two weeks after I had been to talk to them. I went back to the store and was told it was not their responsibility to contact me or pickup the chair. I called the rep again and he promised to contact your company and get back to me yesterday August seven, but this has not happened either.

I purchased a recliner from the TZ England Outlet Store (believe guys name was Mike) a couple years ago and did not register the product as we have bought several pieces of furniture from this store over the past 15 years and never had a problem.
