My daughter-in-law is working in these conditions and is freezing She is afraid of losing her job if she locks the store and leaves. I called the store as directed by as associate to see if my item had arrived and was told the truck was broken down it Tennessee. I asked for a refund and was told to contact corporate; no effort was made to rectify the situation. No offer made as to selecting another item. This is as poor of an example of customer service as I have ever experienced. We're talking $4. 00.

I went into the Family Dollar on 147th and Sibley and purchased a Roblox gift card for 25 dollar when I got the card home it does not work. I go back into the store and talk to the mod and he first explains that I should come in and talk to the manager in the morning. I explain to him that this would not be acceptable because I did not feel comfortable with this because then the issue would be that I let time laspe. He refused to do anything and then told me that all sales were final. I asked him for a number to his boss or corporate office he rudely told me to Google it. I would like my money back I do not think its ok to take my money for something and I get no use from it.

I write to you about your Yatahey, New Mexico location. The store needs to put a pad lock on your their trash bin. Local people are dropping off their trash daily, and dogs get in the over-flowing trash. It is really starting to look trashy around here. We have a law office operating next door, and a gas station. I have lots of pictures, that I've been taking. Trash needs to be picked up in the back of the store. I first tried telling the clerks, they should lock up their trash bin, when they first opened the store, but nobody did, and not it's way out of control. We need some sort of action on this matter, please.

I"m a customer that shops at Family Dollar in Crockett Texas, 1004 E Loop store 6713 all the time, but those shopping carts are horrible and the outside cart holder is torn down need a new one BAD Please could you guys send some new shopping carts, and put in automatic doors because we have a lot of handicapped people in our towns and loves to shop at Family Dollar store also, so this is my compliant and everyone else also Thank You.

I hate smart phoning. I do not do it. I'm too dumb maybe. I have used your $5. 00 coupons many many times. It's a pretty good deal. However, since you stopped printing the coupons in your flyers, I can not access the five dollar saving. Not smart. I also can not seem to print them online. It is such a hassle to try to get them. I clip them and they do not show up on my account. The screed still says $0 after I try clipping them. They you FAQ do not help one bit. It's crazier and crazier the more I try to work it your way. Your smart coupon plan is the worst I have ever seen. You are driving your customers like me away. Bring the printed coupons please.

I have been told that I am not allowed to shop Family Dollar at night because I was rude to an employee, which is a complete lie I am retired retail manager and am never rude to anyone. I called the district manager and she said I could go in the store any time. Today the manager said no We asked if we could see the tape and was told only management and the police can see it. This was told to my neighbor and me I really want to talk to someone about this as it is slander

On October 31, 2017 I had an unplanned visit to one of your stores in Anniston, Ala. Store 00552 1722 Quintard Avenue. I had gone there to purchase dry clothing for my husband who had an accident while having CHEMO Treatment in a nearby clinic. By the time I arrived there I needed to relieve my bowels and bladder. I ask the cashier the location for the Public Restroom, he said, "they did not have a Public Restroom" I then I ask to speak to the Manager. She said that "someone had put something into the Commode" evidently causing a plumbing cost. That's Business, I did notice this location seems to be in a POOR Neighborhood. Everyone has to GO should customers in that neighborhood be refused a chance to use the Restroom because they are poor? Where is the compassion? Josephine Chappell .

I shopped at store 04970, I Pd and asked about an item I bought, (Ladies panties) I asked if they ran true to sz. She said just keep your receipt, I said I'll just exchange them now, and I got a larger sz same item, when I returned I noticed she set the ones I pd. For out of my bag so I placed the larger sz. Inside the bag, She screamed You can not just wank out of here there were two other people standing there, I felt really unfairly embarrassed, I said they are the same and you took mine out ? she was very nasty, I said I'll just return everything so I did. She acted like i was trying to steal something when she gave me my money back she slammed the cash drawer so hard i thought it broke. She asked for my phone number I gave her a false under the circumstances. I will NEVER go in that store again, I've shopped there for 35 years it was dollar general.
