I ordered online on 22/11/2014, my money was deducted and order was not placed successfully, and got an errors message on my screen that if my money is deducted it will be refunded with in seven days. On the very same day i called to the Dominos and they also said that my money will be refunded. After seven days when i called back to the Dominos they said that the order did not receive and not even hte money. Then i contacted at the bank and now bank is saying that money is received by Dominos,, but Dominos is not agree with this. Resolve my issue as i want my money back. This is a very bad experience with Dominos even i will tell this to my friends so that they can never order on the Dominos. You guys are cheater.

I order pizza and stuff online on 3/12/13
but it didn't appeared then i called dominoz, but they said you did not ordered anything i said i did and the money also debited from my account they said if is that so the money will be transfred to your account within seven days, but it did not i also have one mail at my Gmail account saying the same words , but apparently it's 10/12/13 and i did not get any of my money in my account please see to it.

there no cooling at ulhasNagar no.3(India) outlet... Yesterday i did not buy anything because of hot atmosphere..2 air condition sets are there, but it's not enough..this happens since last four months.. Please take quick action against this issue and help customers to get good service

My complaint is that this pizzeria for 35849 Us Highway 27 N, Haines City, FL on peronal not attentive order a pizza at 9:50 pm and I was brought up to 11:30 pm call to find out what was happening with my order because I was taking too long and they said I had to wait that long and when I said that was going to order take 40 minutes takes me much longer as I received my order and the next call to complain to the supervisor and she answered and told me that she was going to call me and never called me and I had already paid for the order with my debit card and I could not get my money

Visited your store #3267,45717, Hwy27,Davenport, Florida tonight.
First of all our carry out order 253189 was messed up and had to be made twice.
It took 1.25hrs while we sat and waited.
To make things worse we were charged $14.99 per pizza when there is an offer for $7.99 per pizza which should have been implemented tonight.
Then our additional order of 14 pieces of chicken was given to us, but was only eight pieces. After waiting we were then given a fresh order of eight pieces AGAIN. To make things right they then gave us the previously ordered eight pieces which was now cold
