Walking through soppy carpet that gushes over your sandals and splashes up your leg while trying to exit your room is un- expectable.complained to multiple staff members including the manager Ron who treated me like a piece of trash and basically told me they had bigger issues than mine. As a paying customer the least I could have gotten was a little respect and understanding for my frustrations. They offered me a free buffet coupon or $50 in food and beverages which I refused. I paid decent money to stay at that hotel and feel that their bogus compensations were demeaning. I get that I am one out of thousands of guests that stayed at the Flamingo that weekend, but I am also one that will never be back.

We were a guest at flamingo hotel from 20th till the 24th morning. My nephew was with us to celebrate his 25th anniversary from India. His 3700 hundared dollars, wallet and watch were stolon from his room while he was sleeping. His room was a suite next to stairways. This was very upsetting experience for him. They were no camera's on the hallways and that makes it very dangerous for guests to stay in this kind of properties. It could have been worst since you can not identified the robber when he leave the room. I wish i knew this before i booked in Flemingo. He spend his entire savings of the lifetime to bring his wife and celebrate his anniversary. They both cried a lot and we have informed the security and also have filed police report. WE hope we get justice from Caesars entertainment company to deal with this matter with lot of compassion. We hope my Nephew get his money back.
