I have a 2016 Triglide with 15, 000 miles on it. I know I have no warranty left on the bike, so I am not complaining about that. My problem is that the paint on the gas tank and front fender in bubbling off it )there is no rust). I find this to be poor workmanship from your factory. It has been stored in my garage since new and taken very good care of. I also have a 2009 craftsman riding mower stored close by in which the paint is in perfect condition. I only mention this because I was told it wasn't stored properly. It is a shame that a $2500 lawn mower has better paint quality than the $36000 bike from your factory. I do not believe I will purchase anymore of your products due to the poor quality control of your products.
I have been renting from Harley Davidson of Las Vegas for over ten years. Last June I reserved a Road Glide Ultra for a trip this Spring. I wanted that model, which they gladly reserved for me, so that i could test for possible purchase and to test the twin cooled engine and touring capacity. When I arrived I was informed that Eagle Rider was now the rental group within the d. They informed me that they do not have the Road Glide Ultra just a Road Glide. They stated that they do classes of bikes and cannot guarantee a particular model unless you "pay" and extra fee. The entire experience was horrible. I had to insist on them locating a bike with a tour pack. Ended up with a model that did not have twin cooling and was a complete failure in my hopes to evaluate a Road Glide Ultra. Harley you screwed up by selling the business to Eaglerider. I understand the business reasons, but they do not support your marketing plan.
