I am a very disappointed Harvey Norman customer. I have in recent months purchased about Rm42, 609 worth of products ranging from furniture to bedding to electrical appliances , etc to furnish my new home. The delivery of all these is scheduled for 5th August 2015. Yesterday I requested Ms Winnie Tan, assistant retail manager to allow me to change the dining set to some other products in the furniture dept and she flatly refused to help. I am not asking for a cash refund, but to change to a sofa bed and/or coffee table and to top up the amount if necessary. I have been a loyal Harvey Norman customer for years and I expect to be treated better. The dining set does not fit into my new home setup and I really need to change it for other furniture. Please help. Thank you for your kind consideration.

The sales person name Tamil Selvi taught us the way to use the vacuum as this is a wet and dry vacuum. We just follow all the instruction she taught. Now the machine had problem, we brought back to your store at BBT on 29/4/2015. After about 45 days, customer service called and told us that the motor spoilt and the filter bag, it will need to cost us RM420 for repairing. Do you think this make sense for us to pay I bought the vacuum at RM435. 00 and extended warranty 1 2 at RM55. 00 which total RM490. 00. Now the repairing cost us RM420.

I have been purchasing product from Harvey Norman quite sometimes and to me is a wonderful experience. Now, I wouldn't even want to step to your doorstep due to you personnel ignorant and warranty claim issue due to you latest policy caused me so much of trouble. I won't mind to pay extra for your products and you expect to charge me for a RM50 just handling warranty claim? We believe hat is the seller responsible for the profit. Now, I have did what I need to do. I successfully claimed my product from the manufacturer and is a simple 1, 2, 3 steps. For that, you cause me two trip to you outlets for nothing good. You have lost a value customer forever. I won't ever buy a single item from you shop. Just a piece of advice. Promise will ready by one month
I called for ten times already, seven times your staff passed around the call until cut off. Three times promised to call back, but never did. Speak to a guy call Loka on 8th of October (not sure spelling) he said that he would pick for warranty and would check, he called back said no spare part, had to wait till got spare part, no confirm date and do not bother to checked too. Upset with his attitude ask him to call manager to call me back, he said that would do. Till now, do not receive any call.
Conclusion: horrible after sales service, do not bother to update client/called back client/assist client to find out return date.
Question: when can i get back my Kenwood f/processor? already almost two months pass, do not make me regret being a Harvey Norman supporter by buying so many item for here.
Hope this complaint will have reply and solution.
