I purchased 150 gm Aloo Bhujia of Prakash Namkeen from your Bhopal store on 16/09/2016 (CM NO. 5203 Till 9186 customer 3002293813). At the time of buying and billing I didn't pay any attention on the price of the same. After coming back to home, when I read the bill and verifed the price from packet, I found that the printed price on the pack is Rs. 59 and same amount has been chareged in the bill. My immediate reaction was that the price is too high. When I verifed from other shops and on internet I found that the MRPof this prodcut is Rs. 35 only. Why this huge differece of Rs. 24/- (in percentage terms it is 68% high. I am sure there is some mistake somewhere. Pls. Look into the matter and get back to me ASAP

My name is Sharmila. I am staying in Arekere. I am shopping in Hypercity from last two and half years weekly twice. I will go and shopping around 15000 worth.
My complaint is that i want to buy soaps in personal care and i asked to nivea staff. She has given hand signal that side it’s there she told. Then she shouts in the shop floor verger language. I have some of the words remember. I can not hear also that words and around 15 to 20 customers are standing and seeing, but she is shouting in shop floor 15 to 20 minute. This is not a first time. Whenever, i will be coming in your Hypercity. If i ask anything her she will not give good customer service and then why you peoples are keeping her, i do not know. Please take action for this.
Then i told to my friends same thing. They are also telling that we are also seen that. So please take action on it.
My son, relatives and husband told me not go next time Hypercity, because they are using verger language.
And nivea staff is giving wrong information. Please avoid.
