We bought an Invacare battery portable concentrator through Lincare, Rockfalls, Illinois. It was not working right so were instructed to send it to Lifegas, 208 W Main St. In Livingston, TN. Lifegas called to say they could not work on our model (xp0100) and were instructed to send it to your facility in Elyria, Ohio. They then sent it on; we have not heard from you that you received it or what is wrong with the concentrator. My husband relies on it for a back up and we would certainly appreciate hearing what is wrong and whether it is worth fixing as we will have to pay for the repair or if it is too much, replace it. I work at Allegheny Valley School in Slippery Rock, PA and we purchase a lot on Invacare wheelchairs. Today on a 9000XT, the armrest assembly came completely off the chair while being flipped back. A piece of the frame in the rear, that holds the armrest keeper, snapped off the chair. I called NuMotion where we purchase the chairs through, told them the problem, and they said it should be under warranty because it is part of the frame. NuMotion called your people and was told you would not honor the warranty. It is your poor design and not the fault of the user. I set up and approve all wheelchair purchases here and I can tell you, that if this is the way you treat your customers, we will not be purchasing any more chairs from Invacare We are part of NHS which is a huge company in the health services industry and I will not hesitate to give other campuses my opinion.

Health worker of my wife suggested that she should buy a walker and there after I purchased the unit called DOLOMITE LEGACY on Feb 15,2016. The roller is hardly used as my wife is very sick to go out. Once a while visiting the doctor's office, the unit is brought home and properly cleaned to avoid street dust etc. The wheels leave black streak mark on the carpet due to faulty material used. Tires are sandwiched like black in middle and white on both sides. I tried to resolve the problem with local agent Home Health Supply whose phone No.250-474-6966 Victoria BC Canada. The agent has not replied to my request to solve the problem. My message on his answering machine is not returned. This is factory defect and I hope you will help to resolve the problem.
