I purchased a pair of Kamik gloves for my daughter for Christmas to match her new snowsuit. I could have purchased gloves from Children 's Place to match the snowsuit, but I have been buying Kamik books for years, and have always been impressed with their quality so I spent more, to ensure she have good quality, lasting, warm, winter gloves. With the first snowfall on December 30th, so wore them outside. Within 45 minutes she was in the house, the finger had ripped (see photo 1). I sewed it, and we moved on. First day back at school after Christmas break she wore the gloves again, this time the whole seam between the thumb and the hand tore (see picture 2). My daughter is not a rough child, and even if she was, it seems that 40$ gloves should last longer then twice outside, each time needing to be sewed. I feel she deserves a new pair of gloves. Poor kid got these as one of her gifts I seem unable to attach my photos.
