I absolutely love the mcdonalds kuerig 2. 0 coffee pods, but after purchasing three 30 pack boxes only to have it not either read them so wont brew or worse at least ten in each box exploded with nothing, but coffee grinds and having to throw out this coffee is not cheap, but willing to pay because like i said i love the coffee have tried many, but this by far is my favorite, but i really am concerned about buying again because of this problem i recently went online and several people report the same thank you.

I cooked a box of Kraft dinner saturday night. The pasta was actually a blue grey colour. I cooked a second box and the colour was absolutely normal. Why was the first box blue/grey? what is wrong with it? i might have eaten that if my son had made it and put the cheese sauce on what would i have eaten? i saved it in case you want it to make sure it is not something that will make people sick. You should also know that an employee told me to go ahead and complain on facebook when i asked how to complain and he had no numbers. Can you imagine? a huge multi national company and i was told to complain on facebook. Along with my pictures i suppose? we all know how crazy social media can spread. What happened to the original Kraft Deluxe Cheese Slices that I enjoyed from when I was a kid in the '60's. The cheese was thick and the package had to be split in two and then the slices were pulled off individually. They cost a little more than $7, but well worth it as the cheese was thick and tasted good. Now they seem to have disappeared from the stores. I live in Mississauga Ontario.

Good morning, Last week our office purchased the new 30 pod Keurig McCafe from Loblaws. In the past we have purchsed the pods from the grocery store or McDonalds and I also purchase them for my own use at home. Each of the pods has a hole or a weak spot in the fiber of the pod and when you make the coffee the entire pod dumps into the cup along with the water. The UPS code is 6618800395. I bought my favorite Kraft product yesterday. The blue peanut butter, unsalted unsweetened. After having run out two days prior. It is my daily routine peanut butter on toast in the morning. Much to my disappointment this morning i open my new peanut butter to see the aluminum protective seal has slices in it As though a machine malfunctioned i guess It's not the easiest product to come by as not all stores carry this particular kind so i have to go out of my way to find it. I would like to know what happened to my peanut butter?
What can you do to compensate me for this great disappointment? It goes without saying of corse i did not consume the peanut butter. As all should know when a safety seal is broken not consume. Thank you in advance for taking this matter seriously

Hi I purchased a jar of Garden Select Garlic and Onion pasta sauce. I found mushrooms in it, unfortunately after eating it. I made a pasta sauce with hamburg and add more garlic to it. My husband thought he saw mushrooms, but I checked the ingredients and found it didn't have mushrooms so i pushed it off as the garlic i had added. When i was cleaning off the dishes and drained the sink there were mushrooms in the strainer. I am allergic to mushrooms and that is why my husband was concerned. It affects my breathing, which it did for the next three days. I worked at a canning factory and I know things get accidentally mislabeled or fillers are not cleaned out properly. Whatever the case I just wanted to bring this to your attention as it wasn't life threatening for me, it might be for someone else. Thank you

Ref: 81859871N. My original complaint about Kraft Mac and Cheese went unanswered from Kraft. Bought a case of 12 and upon tasting 1st box I thought had bad cheese. I came across some complaints about the taste of the new cheese recipe. There was no indication on the packaging of the change of the cheese recipe )pretty slizzy). Made call and was told I would receive a refund, but it would be in the form of coupons. I didn't like that idea, but the representative said that she could send refund for products other than the Mac and Cheese Dinner. Received coupons today for six packages of the same crap to replace 12 I had purchased )Further proof that Kraft doesn't listen to their customers). I will not be able to use these coupons and I am thinking that I do not really need coupons for other Kraft products )since they are likely to change their product recipe and not announce it). Please send me a cheque for 12 dollars to refund my purchase.

We use a box of the 72 McCafe Pod's per week approx. In our office. We have been find that between five to seven pods explode in the Keurig machine. Wonder if there is a reasoning behind this.
