I am really dissatisfied with MTS speed and technical support, I never faced from other networks like this. I brought MTS two Weeks back and activated in the same day. But i noticed it is very poor in speed. I just getting only 10KB to 50KB speed some times less than 10kb also. I called many times to customer care 9150955955, but no use, and i received call from technician he ask me to download something when i am downloading he disconnected the call after that no response. Is this your service and support? Please find the attached network and speed screens.

I am very disappointed that your customer care service is not at all helping me to resolve my problem regarding slow speed of my MTS data card. I have registered a complaint in this regard and my complaint number DEC/7060. Till today my problem is not solved. I am attaching a screen shot regarding the speed test conducted of my MTS data card. The speed is only 0. 43 MBPS download and upload is 0. 80mbpsToday I received calls from mobile number 9150546791 and from land line number 67417870 informing that I should be in house and do necessary work. Accordingly as advised to be at 18. 30 today I called and there was no response. My data card number 9150629287. Your MTS was working up to Tambaram after that tower range is not available. So i can't use your MTS for the past two days. I informed this issue to your dealer. But nobody gave responsible reply. my MTS number is 8711834274. I paid the amount on 3rd of November for reactivation. There was no response from the customer and the data card was not activated even after a week. When i approached the MTS office in banaswadi they said to update the mobile number. I did that and after several approaches also the data card is not connecting, it through the error "connection denied by remote computer and please check the username and password". I did not use the card regularly as i have different WiFi connections in the customer place. I would have used hardly an hour in the initial connection. Some time ago, i asked your customer care people to recharge to continue the service. I paid RS 248 or so and recharged in a Reliance shop near Injambakkam Bus stand ECR Road, who had recharge facility. My data card is not working even after recharging. Of course i rarely use it. Now when i want to meet the recharging shop it is closed for quite some time as understood from the medical shop, next to the shop in which i recharged. Kindly inform the status of my recharge and its validity.

I bought MTS WiFi last month (8925989715) and was regretting on the extremely poor customer service during activation. Now the internet connectivity is also a challenge. Earlier, i was facing slowness and now very rarely, i get connected and most of the time, WiFi is offline though it shows signal strength as Excellent.
