Parkway Mall Mobility service very very very bad, keep calling sooooo many times nobody pick up the phone, finally one guy answered with very very bad auttitude, and did not give me any assistance of why my phone is not working, and very rush hanged up on me, Because I paid two month fees at activation, after October, for sure I will cancel the service and transfer to other company, I can not take this poor service.

I called the store in Ellesmere road to get the customer number service 4 times and the representative has no time to speak to me nor did he properly gave me the phone number. We bought a phone from you guys it is not working and i did not get any assistance from your sales representative at all. He just kept on hanging up on me or telling me does not have time for me. Woah what a good customer service you have this is unacceptable. Last call was made November 30 @ 12. 47. If this matter is not brought up to this representative, i will take further action and forward the complaint to the owner of mobility. My dad is 50 years old.
I paid $60 a month for "unlimited" Internet. Yet after two weeks, I cannot load certain sites, watch videos or listen to music. Those are limitations! Mobilicity should be sued for false advertising.
