Since 2016 my parents have noticed a sudden increase in their bills and have visited the branch on several occasions, only to be told that they should either check if they have a leakage or that someone may have illegally connected to their pipeline. They did their checks and found nothing. They even minimised their water consumption by filling and using water from their tank
Despite taking these measures, they have now received another bill charging over $18, 000 JMD for February
This is causing undue stress to my parents and I would appreciate it if you can

*Ensure the meter was fitted to the correct pipeline - You have recently changed the meters and they are a few meters clustered together. We await your speedy response.

Reporting that since the installation of a digital meter at 14 Holbrook Close, Meadowbrook Estate, Kingston 19 we have not had water service from your pipe. When I had initially called I was advised that the broken pipe at Constant Spring affecting the surrounded areas. IT IS ALMOST two WEEKS AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE WATER - MY STORAGE TANK IS NOW EMPTY.
