He greeted EVERY passenger in a friendly and sincere way. He took care of his tasks, but made us feel respected and special. I have worked in customer service and I know you can teach people to do their jobs and be pleasant, but you can not teach sincerity and a genuine like for people that Ricardo seems to have,

I just want to purchase my husband's seat and pre-pay for baggage for an upcoming trip. I am STILL UNABLE to complete this simple task on the change/update/modify portion on the website. I have received an unhelpful email to shutdown and restart my computer OR there is the wonderful option of calling customer service and being told there would be a $25. 00 fee to complete this for me (AFTER THEY COULD NOT USE THE SITE TO update my ticket requests). Extremely Frustrated.

I made a last minute reservation on line yesterday from Atlanta to Tampa. I paid $151. 29 for the flight and did not receive confirmation. So I called Spirit to get my confirmation number and was on the line for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, I had to get a cab from Augusta, GA to Atlanta and was en route during the 45 minute call. I was charged an ADDITIONAL $285. 29 and an addition $6 for priority to get on flight on time. I got to airport and they didn't have my information and I missed the flight. I need to be reimbursed for $442. 58 immediately.
