The gasket machine that you are using is not making them correctly. I can only use one gasket per use. That is very dangerous for all customers that use them for survival. Bought a BI PAP machine along with humidifier for my father one month back. My father is a COPD patient and is using the machine during the day as well as whole night. Post installation, nowadays seems machine is not working as was as referred by my father. Need someone to visit my place and re check the settings done at the time of installation. For this I have contacted our dealer and he further connected me to a Philips rep. He is referring that although there is a warranty for two years, but any visit is chargeable. Please let me know while you are selling a life saving machine, how come within one month such operational issue which should be a complimentary one and a service visit only how you can charge the same. Hi we have a device of Philips Respironics POC model:EVERGOthe unit is having a problem when we switch ON the unit after 30 to 40 minutes a Technical Fault Alarm triangle icon appears on the display with three shot and three long beeps. As per technical manual we check every thing and found that the compressor motor of the unit is defective, but we are not confirmed of this fault. So my question is what is the output pressure of the compressor motor giving to the unit then we take any further action.
