I have been trying to register my accounts with Points.com for half a year without success. I need verbal help. Your FAQs are not working. Pretend you're contacting your "Granny". No "geek speak, please. You may reach me by telephone at 204 661 2068. I look forward to your response. In my opinion, a customer service response in five business days is not Customer Service--it's customer disrespect.

I was told to go here (points)to buy back my expired miles with frontier early returns for 25 dollars. There is no clear way to do this on your website. I need to make an airline reservation as soon as possible, I was trying to do this yesterday and today, you do not have telephone help available. That is not good. Two weeks ago I was told by SWA customer service representative that I would receive $330. 00 credit back into my CHASE account in a few days for points purchased when I was unable to access my rapid rewards points when we needed to make changes to our SWA flight tickets which were purchased with points. After multiple calls to SWA to check on this and waiting the '7-10 business days that it takes', today I am told that Points.com has denied thisclaim which I was promised by the SWA customer service department. More than frustrated with the total lack of professionalism and dishonesty.
