Rajdhani College of Engineering and Management – RCEM Bhubneswar were established in 1997 under the aegis of Regional College of Engineering and Management, a society registered under the Society Registration. Act XXI of 1860. With almost 13 years of its existence and experiential learning, today, it is functioning in its own centrally located campus with inbuilt infrastructure facilities commensurate with imparting management education to young and talented aspirants.

College offers Master of Business Administration course leading to different specializations. Hostel facilities are made available separately to boys and girls with. Girl`s. Rajdhani College of Engineering and Management – RCEM Bhubneswar hostel has also messing facility under the care of a housemaid. Hostel accommodation fee is Rs. 14000/- (Fourteen Thousand) per year to be deposited with admission fees. Hostel fee is not refundable. Any student, who has occupied hostel even for a day or leaves in the mid session, shall have to pay for full year. Apart from accommodation charges, the student-boarder shall have to bear his/her fooding charges every month.
