Where are my copies? I ordered S2S for a family member who has not received a copy since August 2014. I paid for a one year subscription last April and would like to be refunded for the copies you have not delivered. Bad and sad business and customer service; no good contact numbers nor or they reaching out to their customers with some type of a response. I just want my money back for services not rendered.
