I went to Stitches in Slave Lake today looking for sweater. Soon as I walked in girl at the till said we are closing in two mins. I was in the store only for two mins. Second girl came the told me we are closing in two mins. No one came to ask if needed help or greeted me, but they kept telling me when they are closing. Same thing happened to me and my friend back in March 2019. I thought maybe just bad staff at that time, but it seem like the staff like to chase the customer out. I do not know if this is Stitches way of running business, but Very unprofessional employees at this store. Very poor customer service.

On Oct 25/2018 @ 8:50pm I was in store 391Stitches. I proceed to try on a pair of boots. I took the stuffing out. I slid my foot in as one would and as I put my heal down I felt a sharp poke on my heal. I took my foot out to discover a nail that was sticking up from inside the boot. There was no visible head from the outside. As it was nearly 9pm a salesperson had advise they were closing. I proceed to tell her of my experience and we both saw that my heal was bleeding, I gave her the boot. She went to get me a bandage and called other sales staff to report it. They did ask if I was ok, but that was it. They didn't take any information from me in case of any claims. As well I wanted to make sure that they reported it to management and you have a record of this occurance and the boot was removed from the store item 0071-55429769-170700. Issue:my daughter a single parent purchased a jacket for Christmas November 22 and gave it to her son just before Christmas. The zipper broke he was with his dad who would not take it back to the store for an exchange. We were advised on December 27 that no action could be done that day, they had no other jackets of that kind and size in stock and because it was purchased in November that the 15 day policy had lapsed. This was a Christmas gift. Regardless, the staff were excellent and suggested we contact customer care. We only have until January 13 2018 to exchange Christmas gifts. My daughter gets no help from the father on purchasing cloths for the children and she can not afford to purchase a second jacket. The staff advised us that you would give us a reference number that we could take into the store with the jacket and receipt and they could then do the refund.
