I would like to purchase a replacement strap for a crossbody bag. The bag still looks new, but the detachable strap may be vinyl and is unraveling. The color is a bright blue, but a black or other neutral detachable crossbody strap will work. The strap attaches to the bag with metal (silver) fasteners similar to a dog leash fastener. I have a Tignanello handbag, tan, zipper top, handles and a shoulder strap. I have had the bag for a while and I love it. Just the right size, etc. Both the handles and shoulder straps are peeling. I bought a handbag approximate 15"x12", red, trimmed brown, in 2015 toward end of year and do not have ticket. I stored it away and used it again November 2016 only to discover leather trim, I assumed, started flaking. I believe the price was around $200 at the time, , I assumed all was leather, including trims, but obviously not. I have about four of your bags and never experience this, so was surprised. I Love the bag and wished you could replace or refinish trim or bag. I have the white, with pink and green trim and do not have that problem, Thank you.

I am terribly disappointed with the fact that my beautiful purse is peeling I just began using it about two weeks ago and first the leather covering the inside magnet began to flake off. I purchased one of the totes that i LOVE and the straps which are not leather have fallen apart in less than a year. Macys will not return it with out a receipt. I have asked my shoe repair man to see if he could find the color of fabric even if it's vinyl to repair it. He cannot find anything. Please help. Hi, I am a Tignanello purse lover and I have purchased many handbags over the years. One of my last purchases has not held up like I thought it should. I bought this the end of last summer and carried it for awhile, but his summer is when it had the most use. As you can see by the pictures it is falling apart at the handles and round leather at the pockets. I love this purse. Love the color, the style the size. I love my T69630 Classic Beauty Shopper Black/Brown. Well, I loved for a few weeks. The small decorative leather straps have fallen off and the purse does not function without these straps. There are a total of eight that holds the shoulder straps in place. Without these small straps, the purse falls apart. Most were lost while shopping. I do expect a purse with a purchase price of $185. 00 to be of use for some time. Will Tignanello replace? Repair?

I just purchased a black "pebble leather" bag T67020 perfect pockets medium tote. It says "Genuine leather on the tag. On your website it says "Made of supple pebble leather". It’s not 100% leather. There is leather in two small panels on front and back under the pockets. This is false advertisement Because there is some leather sewn into it in two small places its not "Genuine Leather" It's a genuine rip off. I wouldn’t had bought this if it was labeled correctly. What are you going to do about this I have purchased bags from you before that were mostly leather except the straps. That was disappointing, but at least the body of the bag was real. They are not quality bags if they are made from cheep man made materials. You think customers are idiots and can not tell the difference. Well I'm not them. I bought a grey Tignanello cross body bay almost four years ago and it's peeling on the seems. I have several hand bags from your company and they are not peeling. Because I have several I do not use them for lengths of time, when I'm not using them I store them in bags and stuff paper in them so they keep their shape, so I do not know why this bag is peeling like that. please let me know how i can stop the peeling or is the bag just defective. the bag has a square pattern in front and a separate zipped compartment the depth of the bag. i don't have an image of the bag.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the handbags I purchased. I bought a orange tote maybe three years back and the stitching on the handle unraveled and looked terrible, I had to get rid of it. Then I noticed on a shoulder bag the leather peeling on the handle of the strap. I love the look of your bags, but I am unsure weather or not to purchase another. I purchased both of these at Macy's. I purchased it last summer,used it for a short time and stored it through the winter months (it is white) and i live in minnesota! anyway the sewing has come loose between the outside pocket and it needs to be repaired or replaced, but i do not want to be without it for long.
