I was at the mall today Dec 22, 2019. I was at the bazaar and looking for something to buy when i was looking for my cousin i was on my way back to the middle of the bazaar when a man hit my waist part then i hit a cabinet where all the religious figures was displayed then at the very top theres a big figurine and when I accidentally hit the cabinet a big figurine falls down and hit my head. I am feeling a little bit woozy and my head really hurts. I wish you could do something about it because if not there could be more casualties.

Hi, I would like to file a complaint regarding Automatic Center Trinoma. Just this afternoon (Oct. four, 2019, around 4:30-5:30), me and my sister was shopping at i2i, that's in front of their store, and while we are fitting the shades, we noticed that they are grouping together in front of us laughing as if their making fun of us. When we noticed them, we looked at them straight right through the glass wall and one by one they scattered and still laughing, we followed a look on to one of them and when he stood a bit behind the rack, he called another girl employee and they look at us again and laugh once again. We were insulted. Please, I would just like to raise this to you so you can also protect your shoppers from these disrespectful and bastos na mga employees. We would appreciate if you could return to us and tell us your action about this. Thank you.

I would like to give a commendation to Ms. JACKIELOU VERA, a fitting room attendant from TriNoma Mall, The Landmark, 2/F Rugged Teens Section (I think). I left my handbag inside a fitting room last 04 June 2017, around lunch time. It was just more or less three minutes that I remembered I did not have my bag with me, so I went back. She already brought it to the Customer Service. I would have lost important stuff in it if it was not for her. She said she was just doing her job;, but still she was kind enough to bring it all completely to the Customer Service. We need honest people like her. Thank you.
