I really appreciate the service and the quality of products you deliver. This is really bad experience i got this time of your product. I got a canvas shoes as a gift on my birthday on March month. But the pasting of the shoes is not properly pasted and i have sent you the attached Pics of the same. I visited your store and discussed the same to your EBO staff and manager and i was ready to pay the expenses which will happen in that. I received a new pair of Vans for Christmas they are very comfortable although they make a strange squeak when I walk it's not the surface it's everywhere on any surface I can UPS the shoes back to you, but do not want the same issue any thoughts on your end

I have purchased my black Vans authentic slip on ten August 2015 from Reliance footprint Patel Road, Near Kirti Nagar Metro Station, Moments Mall, New Del Delhi 110015 and there is a defect in the sole and side have cracked in two months the condition of the shoe is good no cuts on the shoes, I went to the store and the store manger told me there is no guarantee on the shoes in the sale. I am sorry to say sale means that you can get the product at a cheaper price it doesn't mean you will get a defective product. I purchase four pairs of Vans shoes two van surf sliders and two authentic slip on and I have only used one pair rest are brand new, I am afraid I will return all the pairs as I am not happy and satisfied with the product quality.
