I want to know about the laundry service in 95014 zipcode area. We have got the visa swipe cards installed recently, but there is a query. Initially I used to do the heavy soil load with an extra wash cycle which made it 48 minutes run than the normal one for heavy loads for 38 mins. I used to pay. 25 cents extra for this($2. 25). I do not know how to make these choices in the new system which doesnt probe me for any such choice. Also in the dryer, I used to put one extra coin or two to increase the drying time than normal, but I do not know how to do this either. There are plus and minus sign and one tick mark and cross sign on the display. What are those for? How to put extra money to increase the wash cycle or drying cycle?.

I have been trying to contact Wavevision for two day. I have called more than 50 times and left about ten messages, I have sent two emails and finally this afternoon I drove to the office. Nobody was there and there was a sign on the door that they were closed because they were relocating. There was no information for the new office. The back gate was open so I drove around back and there were supplies and equipment ALL over the place. The back door was wide open and there was no one to be found. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.

Account number is 114-223260, I'm without internet two days, inform in advance already I paid the month of August, and I can not contact via phone. I inform you that work all day, and I have no time to go to the office. Paid for 10Mb and when the signal is good. Is about 4MB, the company has terrible service, I would say one TRASH I leave some advice, do not buy the internet with the company Wavevision.
