I have complete dissatisfaction today. I have been looking for flights to Winnipeg for a few days, prices going up and down. I received an email today @ 09:10 UK time offering me 25% of (dates not blackout dates). I searched flights from Glasgow to Winnipeg leaving Friday 27th July and returning Friday 10th August and found them for about £1700 (more expensive than yesterday). With 25% off that makes it about £1300. Tried to book, would not accept code, tried numerous times. Message your social site numerous times, was told to try again, i then said after a few hours can you call me to book and you apply the discount and i was told i needed to call. I called and wait time to be answered was 33 minutes. I messaged again, was told to keep trying, I have called three times now and same wait time. It is now 21:45 UK time and I have not been able to take you up on an offer you emailed to me. I have also gone in and the same flights are now about £2000. This is a complete and under joke.

After a flight cancelation out of Barbados to Toronto vans onward to Vancouver our replacement flights were unable to give us our chosen purchased seats
How do I go about claiming my money back for these segments?.
Still no response from Westjet re an email with receipts sent to them on June 30/2017. This was in regard to a trip booked in January 2017 for travel in June to Costa Rica. The day before we were due to fly I discovered that Westjet had cancelled our Toronto to San Jose flight, we were not informed of this change. Over two hours was spent getting our flights reorganized, we were also required to spend an extra two days in San Jose. I was assured that costs incurred by this delay would be paid for by Westjet. I was a fan of Westjet before this situation occurred. Please tellmewhy I shoukd still be a fan?
