I have bought two Xhoses the first lasted three months before bursting B and Q exchanged it for another identical hose i bought that last August so have only used it for a couple of months I am very disappointed with product as they are obviously very poor quality

Dear Sir I purchased x hose, it was only five months old I was washing the car, I went in the house for one minute and the electrics went off spent 20 minutes looking for the fault didn’t realise that the pipe had burst in the garage and sprayed water all over our electrics I can’t stress the mess it made I was only gone a minute, it burst in the middle of the length of pipe we never used it often and we always dried it out after use it flooded the complete floor soaked all the walls and the electrics took all night to dry out electrics very stressful evening, please can you contact us perhaps it was a one off faulty hose, Many thanks Shane .

To whom it may concern. I purchased a 100ft Xhose last year and used it for half a summer. This year the hose has had two weeks of use. I am quite disappointed because your product has popped and now is leaking everywhere. I purchased this product at Home Depot here in Thunder Bay Ontario Canada for roughly $89 dollars. This is the 2nd x hose i have purchased and not satisfied with. The first hose after a short while gained small hose in the material and leaked in numerous places. So replace with another as the consept of the Xhose is what appealed to me. Again after a relatively small space of time the same fault occured small holes in fabric letting water leak out, and then the plastic shut of clip/valve at the top of the hose has now gone brittle and broken off. I use my Xhose on a regular basis and would not expect this to happen with a named hose which i paid very good money for, i could have bought an imitation one, but i always stick to names brands and your was highly recommended to me. With the cost being quite high for this product you would expect this to last for a few summers at least

I bought the X hose today from Argos because the Karcher one I have only used twice is too cumbersome for am I am having a lot of turf laid which needs watering a lot. So this purchase was urgent. Followed instructions went on outside tap o k, but no matter what no water comes out. Frustrated so got a neighbour to try and he failed too. What am I doing wrong or is it faulty. I called "Customer Service" @ one 855 977 1989 today, May 29/17, and got Steve on the line. He eventually hung up on me. All he could suggest was to return to the store where I purchased the X Hose Pro (50 ft.), talk to a manager and then call Customer Service FROM the store. I told Steve that I WAS at Lowe's YESTERDAY (May 28th) and had THREE people give me their opinion (including a manager) that the store has a 90 day return policy WITH a receipt or box, neither of which I still have. I threw the box out (with the receipt) only a few weeks ago when we were cleaning out the basement. I do not appreciate being told the same thing several times and then being hung up on. This hose cost me $60 (Cdn.)two years ago. When I saw the break I could not believe that there is a cheap plastic tube (which had burst) inside. I would like to have this cheap hose replaced with a "new and improved" X Hose or a refund for the defective product. Thank you.

I am inquiring to see if there is a female hose end repair kit. I could not get the clamp off to repair the leak myself. This is not a leak in the hose itself. It is a leak where the water on/off control is. I do love you hose. I have three of them. I just got the Xhose Pro. I've only had it two weeks so I cannot give a review.

Hi I purchased the X-Hose brand new under a year ago used it for one month in August. Stored it for the winter and when I tried using it this Spring the hose had six needle holes in it and the hose completely leaks water everywhere? It’s complete garbage at this point as it can not be used. Do you warranty these hoses? We purchased three boxes of the 50 ft Xhose. This week. We were using the hose when the coupling part where the spray arm attaches broke )fabric and hose itself) on two out of the three hoses in the same spot. The 3rd one is still in the box. Water spurting everywhere. These are brand new. A waste of money to us. We bought these years ago and they worked great. This time they are garbage. Is there something you can do to help us. They are not made like they used to be. Is there anything you can do for us.
