Naja Marie Aidt is a Danish language poet and writer. She was born on 24 December 1963 in Aasiaat, Greenland. Naja Marie Aidt published her first book named Så længe jeg er ung (While I'm Still Young) in 1991. Among her various other works include Et vanskeligt møde (1992), Gyldendal (poems), Den blomstrende have (1993), Gyldendal (short stories), Siska (2000), Cafe Teatret (drama), Tjenende ånder (1998), Radio-Teatret (radio play), etc. Naja Marie Aidt was awarded the Danish Fund for the Endowment of the Arts 3-year bursary in 1994 and also won the Nordic Council's Literature Prize in 2008.
