Augie Garrido also known as August Edmun Garrido, Jr. is an American University baseball coach. He was born on February 6, 1939 in Vallejo, California. Augie Garrido's coaching career started in 1966 with Sierra High School. He has also been associated with San Francisco State, Cal Poly, CSUF University of Illinois etc. Augie Garrido joined The University of Texas in 1997 where he is the coach of the Longhorns.
