Hello i have china unicom number, but i never used Alipay account on this number, but today i try to register my Alipay account on my SIM number, but it was seen that some other person is using my SIM card number on Alipay account and he put his ATM card number on Alipay in this way I can not use my number on Alipay.

Hi, i was told to make transaction for merchant, but at the end of the day the merchant ask me to pay through Alipay.com using Singapore AXS machine. I did not receive my products as I was accused saying to engage with immoral services. Total payment was 900SGD plus a total of 30. 40SGD as transaction fees. Is it possible to get back my money?.

I would like to refund that money, but nothing appears on my Alipay acount in pending refunds. Order 75085151065736, I paid of this order on May 7th, 2016. The merchant didn't have the items on site anymore. Instead of letting me know, he sent the money to Alipay which I didn't have account there. I've been struggling to get get my refund without success. I've got a customer service who gave me a link. I was about to, as he told me, send the money to a bank account because they do not want to send it via Western Union as I sent it. While I was processing the refund, a mistake was made with one of my security question. My account was blocked and I was required to send documentation in order to have access to finish it. I bought an item at taobao and paid it through our enets service here in Singapore. The money has already been deducted from my bank, but the status of my order remained "pending" and the supplier confirmed he has not received the money yet. The customer service here is a joke. They closed my orders due to possible fraud. So they could have:1. Called my contact number. 2. Emailed me. 3. Texted me. I would love to know what stupid ass criminal steal a credit card, hack my aliexpress account and have the items shipped to my address (that I have had 58 other orders sent to). So I have had my appeal in for five days now and jack shit has been done, I have called their bullshit customer service number and no one answers due to the high numbers of calls so they want you to leave a message, that they never call back. So I tried their live chat. More useless people and wasted time, They have no power to fix this just the Alipay team canI just want to say thank you for being totally uselessI will use another site.
