I hope you can help us. My daughter, Katherine Anderson, ordered (and paid for) an Allure V2901 Cathedral- length veil in ivory from Posh Bridal in Wayzata, Minnesota, in February. The promised date for us to receive it was the middle to end of April. The wrong veil was sent (apparently by Allure) in mid May (a month late) and they told us the right veil would be coming very soon. Posh just told us today that we will not receive the veil until July 15-17. The wedding date is July 22, and some alterations still need to be made on the veil, such as a blusher being added. She also needs the veil to do a hair trial appointment in the next week. Additionally, we are NOT comfortable with receiving it so close to the wedding date. She has not even had a chance to try it on with her wedding dress. (They told us that Allure is responsible for shipping the wrong veil originally.)
We need that veil shipped ASAP Please help us Thank you.

I think the salon gave us a counterfeit allure couture gown, when we paid $2200 for a real one, and they are listed as a certified sales location for your company, is there any way you can verify this? The back of gown is not as full lace looks cheap, fabric under the last appears cheap and flimsy.

Hello I am trying to contact a supervisor from your company. We purchased my daughter wedding gown from Stellas Bridals in Leroy N. Y. We are very very upset at the way here gown is and the seemstress is having problems correcting it. I’ve been in contract with the bridal shop they said they have contacted you. You request is to bring it for a second opinion. First of all I can’t afford to pay two people to correct all the mistakes in this gown, who is going to compensate me for the cost. I purchased dress 9162 for my daughter. Wedding is April nine, 2016. The back bodice is defective. The left side is longer than the right and the two sides do not meet up symetrically. The left side is longer than the right. It does not button up as it should. The retailer I purchased it from at full price of $1800 said all she can do is have her seamstress take the dress apart and cut the long side. I paid for a quality dress which is what your company promises in your advertising. I do not want a random seamstress taking the dress apart. I do not know how your professional dress makers made such a mistake in their craftmanship/specialty, but this bodice is not acceptable. Hello i purchased my daughters wedding gown at a reputable store in Manhattan. She fell in love with the gown from the moment she stepped into it. Lots of glitter and sparkle and she looked spectacular in it. Unfortunately when the gown came in it was drab, sloppy bad work, hardly any rhinestones, the appliques were smaller and thinner and the bottom wasn't sewn correctly. The manager said it was sent from china. Is that true? is that where allure gowns are manufactured? the gown looked like a knock off and for four thousand hard earned dollars i am not looking for a look alike knock off. The store sent the gown back with pics and the sample. I hope it comes back as a duplicate of the sample. I will keep you informed. I am very disappointing. What made them think they could swap rhinestones with clear beads.

Missing/ damaged dress
Ordered size 12 bridesmaid # 1318, color stone,in June from All the Rage in Virginia Beach, VA
Today they told me dress was damaged and sent back and they can not get a replacement by next week. Personally I do not think it was ever ordered even though it was paid in full.Is there a sample dress in this color anywhere in the country that can be shipped as a replacement?????
