To encourage research activities and advanced reading, our libraries have memberships of many e-journals and databases of ASME. IEEE and ACM. This gives access to articles, books, and reference material online. The libraries have 129 web-based and 110 video courses prepared by the faculty of IITs and other leading institutions of India. These courses are taught over the Internet. Chandigarh College of Education - Mohali central library has a collection of 20582 volumes and subscribes to 54 periodicals. Apart from books it has a huge collection of Audio video material, CD’s & DVD’s. The library maintains a separate “Book Bank” collection exclusively for the meritorious students.
