You have detailed Horspool Retreat, in Nottinghamshire as a forthcoming event, on the 19th July, 2017. I wish to confirm, I am the owner of Horspool Retreat and you do not have my authority to post this venue on your website and do not have my permission, to hold the event. If you do not remove Horspool Retreat from your website, you will leave me no further alternative, but to take legal action against your company. I have also notified the Police about your website and who are now looking into your company. I trust, that I have made my position very clear. To whom it may concern,

I booked two tickets to the Psychadelic funhouse, through Fatsoma, back in January (see attached photos of the tickets below). The original date was Friday 15th June, however in February we received an e-mail informing us that the date and venue had been changed and that the event would now be on saturday 16th June (see below). We arrived at the venue on 16th June (in full costume, I might add) only to be told that the event had taken place on Weds 13th June
As we were not informed of the correct date of the event, I would like a full refund of £41. 98 (two tickets at £18. 99 with £2 booking fee on each ticket). Yours Sincerely

I bought a ticket from yous for Saturday night gig monta musica at 02 academy Newcastle you took money out the Santander account £16. 50 then when I got there with ticket s last four digits yous and 02 told me to take the money was taken from Santander bank in the name of patricia bowman any other time I have used ticket master and never had a problem so when they said you can pay in that's what I done with my taxi fare then had to walk 14 miles home my name is David Sydenham and the ticket was paid for from my mothers Santander account p bowman what are yous will ing to do about this and what sort of compensation.
