My daughter accidentally purchased the iPhone recovery app from you for 49. 95 I do not want it, and would never spend that much on an app of any sort. I can not afford that, so I would appreciate it if you could credit my account, which is now overdrawn. I can not find a phone to call you people, so if you could give me a call to straighten this out, that would great.

At the beginning of January I bought software to try and recover an iphone (PO 3E9FCG8-A7W623 refers). Disappointingly it was unsuccessful (I posted detail of why it was unsuccessful through the customer care web form link on my order on 16th January). I've subsequently chased, through the same link another three times (18th, 20th and 27th Jan), but heard absolutely nothing in return. I'm now getting grumpy through frustration I would like a full refund please. The iphone problem has long since been resolved, my issue is now getting anyone from Tenorshare to respond and refund me. I hope you may be able to help please?
