OFK Government College – Jabalpur is situated at Khamaria Jabalpur (M.P). The college has a central library with rapidly increasing books and journals. In the year 2005-06 the college Kabaddi team was the winner in District inter college Tournament. In the year 2007-08 Shri Ravi Kant Vishwakarma participated in all India Inter-University Kabaddi Tournament (West Zone). Shri Om Prakash Yadav has been selected in the Republic Day Parade. The students of the college excel in various sports and are selected for the higher levels of tournament. The college sports officer provides all the facilities to the students for indoor and outdoor games. At present Shri Zafar Siraj is working as sports officer of the college.
The NCC unit of OFK Government College – Jabalpur is working efficiently. The officer in-charge of the Unit is Shri Zafar Siraj. The Unit is having 54 cadets. Various camps are attended by the cadets of the college successfully. One of the cadets Ku. Laxmi Gontia (B.A.II) was selected for Republic Day Parade in Delhi. She was the only cadet who was chosen from Jabalpur & Sagar Division. “National Service Scheme” commenced in OFK Government College – Jabalpur in September 1984. The students registered under this scheme make an important contribution to social service of the country. One unit of NSS is sanctioned in the college having 100 students.
The academic and cultural activities are helpful in the development of personality and bring out the talent of the students. OFK Government College – Jabalpur conducts various academic and cultural activities during the session, as per schedule of cultural calendar of M.P.Govt. Higher Education Deptt. and R.D.V.V Jabalpur.Every Year the college organizes various activities through youth festival every year. A Unit of the Red Cross Wing has been Constituted in the college. Shri A.K. Khan Prof-in-charge (Asstt. Prof. Economics) organizes various activities under this scheme. The wing conducts health checkup camp, blood donation camp and other social activities in the college.
