Radhey Lal Memorial College – Afzalgarh is a self-financed educational institution in Afzalgarh town of Bijnor district. RLM College is affiliated to MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly and recognised by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Established in the year 2008, the college provides education in arts and science faculties at graduation level. The creation of this seat of learning is inspired by the devotion and dedication of Shri Radhey Lal, eminent freedom fighter and social emancipator, for educational values. At present the college building has 25 spacious, well-planned rooms and one strong room along with four veranda and four toilets. In total there are 34 rooms with a total area 2832.75 sq m of constructed area. The building is equipped with all modern facilities.
