Prahlad Jani or Mataji is an Indian Sadhu born on August 13, 1929 in Charada village in Mehsana district. Jani left his home in
Rajasthan at the age of seven and became a follower of Goddess Amba at the age of eleven. In 1940,
Prahlad Jani claims to have live without water and meal and Goddess Amba sustains him. Prahlad Jani dressed red sari,
Jewellery and the crimson flower as a female devotee Amba. Prahlad Jani considers that the goddess provides him a fluid sustenance which allowing him to live without food or water.
