Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Computer Application and Management – BVICAM New Delhi is one of the 147 institutions of Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. Keeping its vision clear and mission at force, the institute had started Masters of Computers Applications (MCA) programme with effect from the Academic year 2002-03 as a part of Bharati Vidyapeeth family in New Delhi. In order to make the efficient use of above resources; the laboratories are kept open for minimum 14 hours daily. The library maintains a collection of General Books, Text Books, Book Bank facility, Indian/Foreign Periodicals/Journals/Magazines. It has more than 1000 titles and 8000 Volumes in all. The twin sharing Girls hostel within the campus offers an independent life style, which provides privacy to each student with a family atmosphere of companionship. The hostel is augmented with proper food facilities, common T.V. room, other indoor games and adequate medical aid.

SWAYAM (Students Working at Youth Awareness and Motivation), the students of Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Computer Application and Management – BVICAM New Delhi have voluntarily formed an organization that is working towards social cause - 'SWAYAM'. The first achievement was the successful organization of "Free Literacy Week" within the Institute premises. It was heartening to see students persuading the children of Government schools to join the workshop and subsequently taking on the challenge of teaching them the basics of computers. Hands on training to them were given on - Computer Concepts, DOS, Windows, MSOFFICE, INTERNET, etc. SWAYAM'S future endeavor includes working on "Save Environment".
Software Development and Consulting Centre of Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Computer Application and Management – BVICAM New Delhi has a dedicated “Software Development & Consultancy Centre” (SDCC). At SDCC, students under the guidance of faculty members undertake live projects based on S/W development, MIS Design, Consultancy, etc. in consultation with the industry. Numerous Software development and consultancy based live projects outsourced by different business houses have already been developed & delivered and many are in pipeline. Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Computer Application and Management – BVICAM New Delhi also undertakes customized and need based training programmes for employees of different corporate establishments/Institutes in their specific area of specialization at different levels. The Centre has certification tie-up with Microsoft, Oracle, Sun Systems, and RedHat & CISCO for training and certification on their specialized modules.
