The Block is a reality program on
Australian Television premiered by Nine Network. This Property development reality series was started in year 2003 and it remained as the highest rated television series of all time and in year 2004 it was again the highest rated program of Nine Network. The first two seasons were hosted by
Jamie Durie. The first two series took place at
Bondi and Manly.
After a break of six years, in September 2010 the Nine Network restarted the third series of the show with a new host
Scott Cam and this series was filmed at Sydney. The fourth season was filmed at Melbourne,
Richmond instead of Sydney and it took place in four side by side houses. This series was hosted by Shelly Craft and Scott Cam. In this series the contestants were supposed to renovate the interior as well as exterior of their home. The Six episodes were aired per week during fourth season. Polly and Waz were winners of the season four of The Block.
